My Approach

I will help you get the most out of your workouts by determining your fitness goals, and then working with you to create an individualized program. I will hold you accountable, and keep you motivated to reach your full potential.

Working with an educated and experienced trainer can be the difference between an exercise program that helps, and one that hurts. To reduce the risk of injury, consistant evaluation is necessary. I will teach you the proper technique and form for every exercise prescribed.
I believe that every training session is an opportunity for a client to learn, and encourage questions throughout the process. I make myself available to all of my clients to answer questions, and to offer support outside of training sessions.
